隋帥，博士，教授，博士生導(dǎo)師，入選國家級青年人才項目。研究方向為智能自適應(yīng)控制理論及其應(yīng)用，以及多智能體系統(tǒng)（無人機，無人船編隊模擬）的智能控制理論及其應(yīng)用。在國際控制領(lǐng)域主要學(xué)術(shù)期刊《IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems》、《IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics》、《IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics: Systems》、《IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems 》、《 IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics》等和一些重要國際會議上發(fā)表（含錄用）學(xué)術(shù)論文 50 余篇，其中11篇IEEE匯刊論文入選ESI工程領(lǐng)域前1%高被引論文，2篇論文獲中國百篇最具影響國際學(xué)術(shù)論文，1篇論文獲IEEE TFS期刊最佳論文獎。博士學(xué)位論文獲得2021年“CAA優(yōu)秀博士學(xué)位論文”提名獎。獲2019年國家教育部自然科學(xué)一等獎，2022年中國自動化學(xué)會自然科學(xué)一等獎，2023年遼寧省自然科學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)成果一等獎。入選2022年全球“高被引科學(xué)家”名錄。入選2023年遼寧省“興遼英才”青年拔尖人才。

主持國家自然科學(xué)基金項目3項，遼寧省自然科學(xué)基金3項。曾擔(dān)任國際學(xué)術(shù)會議2021 International Conference on Security, Pattern Analysis, and Cybernetics 組織委員會共同主席?，F(xiàn)為中國自動化學(xué)會青年工作委員會等多個專委會委員。
