佟紹成，博士，二級教授，博士生導(dǎo)師，遼寧省控制科學(xué)與工程一流學(xué)科帶頭人；主要研究方向為模糊系統(tǒng)理論和非線性智能自適應(yīng)控制理論。曾獲國務(wù)院政府特殊津貼，遼寧省優(yōu)秀專家，遼寧省中青年學(xué)科帶頭人，全國優(yōu)秀教師，全國師德先進個人，首屆遼寧省教學(xué)名師，首批遼寧省“百千萬人才工程”百人層次人選，2014年起連續(xù)十年入選全球高被引科學(xué)家和Elsevier 中國高被引學(xué)者。先后擔(dān)任《IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems》，《IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics》，《IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics: Systems》等多個重要國際期刊編委。
主持國家自然科學(xué)基金7項，國家重大基礎(chǔ)研究規(guī)劃（973）課題1項，遼寧省優(yōu)秀人才基金項目1項，遼寧省高校優(yōu)秀創(chuàng)新團隊項目2項；獲教育部自然科學(xué)一等獎2項、二等獎2項，遼寧省自然科學(xué)二等獎2項；中國自動化學(xué)會自然科學(xué)一等獎2項。
在國際重要學(xué)術(shù)期刊上發(fā)表高水平論文200余篇，其中4篇論文分別獲國際控制雜志《IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems》和《IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics》和《IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics: Systems》杰出論文獎和最佳論文獎，出版學(xué)術(shù)專著3部。
遼寧省控制科學(xué)與工程一流學(xué)科、遼寧省首批黃大年式教師團隊、遼寧省首批優(yōu)秀教學(xué)團隊、遼寧省首批科研創(chuàng)新團隊、遼寧省首批優(yōu)秀研究生導(dǎo)師團隊帶頭人和《高等數(shù)學(xué)》國家一流課程負責(zé)人。獲遼寧省研究生教學(xué)成果特等獎和一等獎各1項，獲遼寧省教學(xué)成果獎一等獎7項，二等獎1項。
