李永明，博士，教授，博士生導(dǎo)師，永樂(lè)高ylg888888副校長(zhǎng)，國(guó)務(wù)院政府特殊津貼專(zhuān)家，2018年獲得“國(guó)家優(yōu)秀青年科學(xué)基金”資助，遼寧特聘教授?，F(xiàn)為IEEE高級(jí)會(huì)員，中國(guó)自動(dòng)化學(xué)會(huì)平行控制與管理專(zhuān)業(yè)委員會(huì)副主任，中國(guó)自動(dòng)化學(xué)會(huì)控制理論專(zhuān)業(yè)委員會(huì)委員，目前擔(dān)任《IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems》、《International Journal of Fuzzy Systems》和《Journal of Systems Science & Complexity》等多個(gè)國(guó)際知名期刊編委。2016年-2023年連續(xù)八年入選Clarivate Analytics “全球高被引科學(xué)家”名錄，遼寧杰出科技工作者，遼寧省教學(xué)名師，遼寧省優(yōu)秀教師，遼寧省最美教師，遼寧省“百千萬(wàn)人才工程”百人層次人選，遼寧省高校優(yōu)秀共產(chǎn)黨員。

研究方向：智能控制理論及應(yīng)用。主持國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金聯(lián)合重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目、國(guó)家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)課題等5項(xiàng)國(guó)家級(jí)課題，主持遼寧省“揭榜掛帥”科技攻關(guān)重大項(xiàng)目課題等省部級(jí)課題5項(xiàng)。在控制領(lǐng)域權(quán)威期刊Automatica和IEEE匯刊上發(fā)表論文100余篇，其中，1篇論文獲國(guó)際期刊《IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics》最佳論文獎(jiǎng)；1篇論文獲國(guó)際期刊《IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems》杰出論文獎(jiǎng)；1篇論文獲國(guó)際期刊《IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man and Cybernetics: Systems》最佳論文獎(jiǎng)。出版教材及專(zhuān)著4部。獲教育部自然科學(xué)一等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng)，二等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng)，遼寧省自然科學(xué)二等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng)，中國(guó)自動(dòng)化學(xué)會(huì)科技進(jìn)步一等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng)，中國(guó)自動(dòng)化學(xué)會(huì)青年科學(xué)家獎(jiǎng)，遼寧青年科技獎(jiǎng)，遼寧省教學(xué)成果特等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng)，一等獎(jiǎng)2項(xiàng)。
